  • 番茄醬汁 200g
  • 辣椒醬 10g

準備這一道番茄雞肉鐵板麵做法

  • 材料洗淨,雞胸肉去皮去骨切丁、香菇切丁、洋蔥切絲備用
  • 沸水入鐵板麵,滾煮至9分熟,撈起拌入橄欖油後備用
  • 起溫鍋放入沙拉油煎香雞胸肉、香菇、花椰菜,加入番茄醬汁、辣椒醬,即成辣味番茄雞肉醬
  • 將鐵板麵呈盤淋上辣味番茄雞肉醬即完成
