泰式酸辣涼麵

泰式酸辣與涼麵絕對是夏日午餐最佳組合,山藥麵加入酥脆腰果及酸甜番茄、蘋果醋,酸酸甜甜保證你胃口大開,卻不增重!!翻翻冰箱來拌一碗泰式酸辣山藥涼麵吧!!

  • 三風麵館山藥麵2束
  • 水煮蛋半顆
  • 腰果5顆
  • 小蕃茄10顆
  • 檸檬1/4顆
  • 香菜2棵
  • 辣椒1根
  • 蒜2顆

  • 蘋果醋2湯匙
  • 柴魚醬油2湯匙
  • 鹽少許

 DIRECTIONS山藥麵食譜料理- 泰式酸辣涼麵料做法

  • 把山藥麵丟進滾水內煮約5分鐘(8分熟)
  • 將蘋果醋、日式柴魚醬油、蒜末、香菜末、辣椒末、少許鹽調勻,最後加上檸檬汁(酸辣程度視自己的口味調整)
  • 麵煮好後加入冰塊水內冰鎮,待山藥麵放涼後瀝乾水份
  • 起一鍋加入少許的水及調味料將小蕃茄煮滾,煮滾後裝起,加上香菜及少許檸檬汁,就變成好喝的泰式蕃茄湯。
  • 最後麵放入盤中,在擺上小蕃茄、檸檬跟水煮蛋,將調好的醬汁倒入,灑上腰果,一盤好吃又清爽的泰式酸辣涼麵就好囉!!
