五穀麵-素涼麵料理準備食材

  • 五穀麵一束
  • 紅蘿蔔適量
  • 小黃瓜適量
  • 蛋一顆
  • 醬油1大匙
  • 糖水1大匙
  • 檸檬汁1小匙
  • 芝麻醬2大匙

五穀麵-素涼麵料理作法

  1. 將五穀麵條放入水中煮約5分鐘撈起放入冰水中,冰鎮一下
  2. 再將小黃瓜,紅蘿蔔, 蛋皮切絲
  3. 將調味料全部調和備用 呈盤時只要將調味料淋上五穀麵條上即可
