藍藻麵帶有淡淡的海藻味,淋上柴魚醬汁,再搭配小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔、蛋皮切絲,一道清爽的日式藍藻涼麵就完成!

準備這一道日式藍藻涼麵所需的食材

  • 藍藻麵 80g
  • 小黃瓜 20g
  • 胡蘿蔔 20g
  • 青蔥 10g
  • 食用油 15cc
  • 雞蛋 20g
  • 山島香鬆 1g

準備這一道日式藍藻涼麵所需的調味料

  • 柴魚醬 100cc
  • 白開水 100cc

準備這一道日式藍藻涼麵做法

  • 材料洗淨,小黃瓜、胡蘿蔔切絲、青蔥切碎備用
  • 熱鍋加入食用油,將雞蛋煎成蛋皮並切絲備用
  • 沸水入藍藻麵滾煮約6分鐘後,撈起冰鎮、瀝乾擺盤,鋪上蛋皮、小黃瓜、胡蘿蔔
  • 將柴魚醬、白開水拌勻,淋在藍藻麵上,灑上青蔥、山島香鬆即完成
