  • 鹽少許
  • 炒菜油適量

準備這一道薑黃麵線蔬菜煎餅做法

  • 綠花椰菜和黑木耳水煮川燙後,再切成細碎。紅蘿蔔蒸熟再切碎備用
  • 三風麵館-薑黃麵線先用冷水過水一下去鹽分
  • 煮一鍋水,水滾之後將薑黃麵線放入煮2分鐘即可撈起
  • 沖冷水後瀝乾水份,用剪刀大略剪斷
  • 將蔬菜加入攪拌均勻,雞蛋先打散,將蛋汁倒入薑黃麵線盆內,加入少許鹽。讓薑黃麵線能浸在蛋汁內
  • 用平底鍋,熱鍋後加少許油,將全部麵線材料倒入壓平,兩面都煎成金黃色
  • 依照個人喜好切塊,即可享受這簡單幸福美味料理
